The option to change the histogram’s aggregation is free text, what is not easy to use, and does not seem to react on any changes:
I agree, we can make it consistent with other viewers by adding a dropdown list. Thanks for reporting this

This is fixed in the latest version.

Aggregation is now a dropdown, but switching between ‘avg’ and ‘stdev’ or ‘avg’ and ‘med’ results in duplicated Y axis in the histogram:
