I am looking for a way to check if a compound is available from Enamine, and if yes what additional information can be obtained. I found a Chemspace plugin, which is nice, but it appears to search the building block collection rather than Enamine REAL and/or HTS.

Thanks for your feedback. We’ll add an option to select the collection to use for similar compounds/substructure searches.

We’ve released the Enamine Store plugin 1.0.0, which allows you to search for exact, similar and substructure compounds in different collections.
Regarding the Chemspace plugin, we’ve found a critical bug and are working on fixing it. We’ll let you know when Chemspace is ready.
