A marked (green) row will still be visible in a scatter plot, even when filtered out. Although the color inside the circle is gone, this behavior is quite confusing. Is this a bug or a feature?

This is good catch and definitely not expected behavior.
I have registered this case and we will fix it in future platform versions.
